1 - Acknowledging the Truth that is always known in my heart.

2 - Speaking and listening for the truth under all my life conditions.

3 - Accepting that speaking or hearing the Truth is setting me free.

4 - Speaking and hearing the Truth may trigger the "Gift Of Anger" within me.

2 - High-Awareness

Exhibiting High-Awareness means that I am practicing the following:

1 - Keeping my attention on my intentions.

2 - Keeping my attention on my intuition, thoughts, speech, actions, emotions and sensations.

3 - Engaging in careful research and inquiry about all my expressions and experiences.

4 - Modeling and being the catalyst for others joining me in these practices.

3 - High-Precision

Exhibiting Precision means that I am now practicing the following:

Exhibiting Responsiveness means that I am now practicing the following:

1 - Keeping my Temple, (i.e my mind, body, and emotions), in a high state of alertness.

2 - Acknowledging Spiritual stimuli within 3 seconds.

3 - Acknowledging Mental stimuli within 3 seconds.

4 - Acknowledging Physical stimuli within 3 seconds.

5 - Acknowledging Emotional stimuli within 3 seconds.

6 - Being the model, the invitation, and the catalyst for others joining me in these practices.

5 - High-Integrity

Exhibiting High-Integrity means that I am now practicing the following:

1 - Aligning my thoughts, words and actions with my "Heart-Intentions".

2 - Taking the necessary conscious actions for fulfilling my verbal and written promises.

3 - Increasing the likelihood of me consistantly fulfilling my promises.

4 - Noticing my errors, (i.e when I am falling short of my promises), and quickly re-aligning my speech and actions with my "Heart-Intentions".

5 - Being the model, the invitation, and the catalyst for others joining me in these practices.

6 - High-Generosity

1 - Listening for and obeying my Intuition (i.e my inner voice).

2 - Taking committed actions that are honoring my Intuition, despite my emotions and concerns.

3 - Generating intentions from my concerns and taking actions that are fulfilling them.

5 - Scheduling and executing actions and conversations that are outside of my comfort zone.

8 - High-Fun-Levels

Exhibiting High-Fun-Levels  means to me, that I am now practicing the following:

1 - Gamifying my projects, tasks, and activities and making them playful.

2 - Creating environments that invoke smiles, laughter and humor.

3 - Searching for the humor in my life situations.

4 - Singing and dancing while I am performing.

5 - Modeling and being the catalyst for others joining me in these practices.

9 - High-Recovery

Exhibiting High-Recovery means that I am rapidly and frequently practicing the following:

1 - Acknowledging I am always making errors, (i.e. producing less than my ideal results ).

2 - Forgiving myself and others for making errors.

3 - Extracting the lessons and gifts from the errors.

4 - Adjusting my thoughts and actions so that I am reducing my errors.

5 - Being the model, the invitation, and the catalyst for others joining me in these practices.

10 - High-Commitment 

Exhibiting High-Commitment means that I am now practicing the following:

1 - Executing the necessary actions until, until, ... until, I have manifested my Heart-Intentions... OR ... Until I am dead ... whichever comes first.

2 - Investing more than my agreed $Money,Time, and Energy necessary to create and fulfill all my verbal and written agreements.

3 - Executing the necessary actions for fulfilling my intentions ... especially after my initial excitement, mood or motivation has faded.

4 - Being the model, the invitation, and the catalyst for others joining me in these practices.

11 - Unity

Exhibiting Unity means that I am practicing the following:

1 - Recognize the Divine inter-connectivity of all things and beings.

2 - Experiencing the world through the lens of Oneness.

3 - Speaking and writing words that are affirming the Oneness that I know in my heart.

4 - Choosing the actions that are most likely to manifest my experience of Oneness.

5 - Modeling and being the catalyst for others joining me in these practices.
